Here is my E block Science Submarine Project. I could get my submarine to negative buoyancy but I couldn't get it to neutral buoyancy nor positive buoyancy. The main reason why is because when I would blow air into the ballast tanks,the bottle would flip horizontally and the rocks would go to the bottom of the bottle. At the top of the page is my design of what it is going to look like. I think I could work on my video explanation and submarine better.
