Here is my Prime Time Check Up 3 Formative Assessment. I got a 2+ on it. I would've gotten a 3 but on question 2 my expanded and exponential form were written wrong. But to get a 4 you had to do questions 3 and 4 but I didn't have enough time to get to those questions.
